Blueberry Oatmeal

Ingredients:

Oatmeal:
  • 1 1/3 cup water
  • 2/3 cup quick oats
  • 1 tsp. honey
Toppings:
  • Blueberries
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon
  • Brown sugar (optional)
  • Chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add quick oats and honey, reduce to a simmer, and simmer for 4-5 minutes until oatmeal has absorbed all the water.
  3. Top with blueberries, honey, cinnamon, brown sugar and chopped nuts.
