Apple Donuts

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 apples
  • Greek yogurt
  • peanut or other nut butter
  • dried fruit
  • raisins
  • coconut flakes
  • chopped nuts
  • chocolate chips
  • sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Core apples and cut into round slices, then get creative! Slather on nut butter, Greek yogurt, or even jam. Sprinkle on chopped nuts, chocolate chips, coconut flakes, dried fruit, or any other topping.
