There is no such thing as “too many bags.” Unless traveling by air. But even then, this chic tote can be collapsed and stuffed in an exterior pocket or, better yet, expanded to swallow all the smaller, inferior bags and trinkets one finds it necessary to tote (pun intended) about. We love this spacious tote for grocery shopping, picnics, and the beach!
Directions:
- Blot the apple half firmly with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Using a wide paintbrush or craft sponge, apply fabric paint evenly to the cut surface of the apple, being careful to avoid the seed area. Press onto fabric with even pressure to ensure an even stamp.
- Using a marker or small brush, draw stems and leaves.
- Sprinkle glitter on wet paint, if desired.
This same application process can be used on a variety of other fabric items. Try stamping a tablecloth and coordinating napkins, placemats, chargers, or runners.
These also make great end-of-year gifts for teachers!
